SATARA, Sept 11: Minister of State for Railways Ram Naik today announced a Rs 35 lakh bonanza for South Maharashtra railway stations including Rs 11 lakh for the computerisation of Miraj, Sangli and Kolhapur railway stations.
Among these are Rs 6 lakh for renovating the waiting room at Neera, Rs 4 lakh for announcement systems at Karad and Satara, Rs 14 lakh to increase the height of platforms at Karad.
