Murder accused wants bail

VADODARA, July 7: Following a public warrant issued by the police against him on Monday, one of the main accused in the murder of businessman Bhagwandass Meghwani moved an anticipatory bail application before the district court on Wednesday. The hearing on the application will be held on Friday.

Vallabh Shah, a former photographer with a local vernacular daily, moved the bail application in which he claimed that he was being framed in the case. In his application he said that he has been working as a photographer with a local vernacular daily for the last 25 years with an unblemished record.
