The amount has to be refunded within three months and his license to practice has been suspended for five years. If he fails to refund the amount, he will have to suffer a suspension of a further five years.

The Mumbai Junior College Teachers8217; Union MJCTU will observe September 5, Teachers8217; Day, as Betrayal Day8217;. The union will observe a day-long fast at Azad Maidan from 8 am to 6 pm.
