The Central Bureau of Investigation CBI visited Motorola India office at Gurgaon on September 27, 2003. All information requested by the CBI was provided to the visiting team in accordance with Motorola8217;s principles of high ethics and integrity in conducting its business. We are a leading supplier of cellular infrastructure equipment to several private and government operators in India. Motorola participated in the tendering process of MTNL and BSNL, which it believes were open and transparent. In keeping with our high standards of ethics and integrity we have and will continue to extend full cooperation to the investigating authorities.
