The Fungi Trivia Mushroom Festival is a bonanza of mushroom dishes, featuring everything from Tortellini e zuppa di funghi to Assortment of Mushroom antipasti platter. For the main course, one can choose from truffle honey and cabernet braised short ribs with mushroom polenta, grilled cod and shitake in port wine reduction. Vegetarians needn8217;t feel left out, as also on offer is the divine brie and wild mushroom souffleacute;.
