NEW DELHI, January 24: Hosts Manipur overcame a fighting Bihar by a solitary goal margin in the quarter-final league match of the 34th Dr B C Roy National Junior Football championship being played at Imphal.

According to information reaching here, the solitary goal was scored by Nila Kumar in the second half.

In another quarter-final league match Orissa beat Sikkim 2-0. The goals were scored by Sarojkanta Pattanaik (39th minute) and Ramakanta Raut (50th minute).

Kerala will play against Assam, while Bengal will take on Meghalaya in tomorrow’s quarter-final league matches.
