Over 30 organisations spearheading the agitation in Manipur over the custodial death of Manorama Devi have set a 8216;8216;deadline8217;8217; for the government to withdraw the Armed Forces Special Powers Act by 3 pm on Friday. Sources said the demonstrators would defy the prohibitory orders and court arrest if their demand was not met. Meanwhile, the indefinite curfew, clamped since July 15, was on Friday relaxed in many parts of the state. 8212; PTI
