CHENNAI, Aug 12: A 24-year-old man posing as doctor was arrested by the police at the Government General Hospital in Chennai. According to police, Venkatesan of Red Hills and MBBS aspirant, who had only completed schooling, was seen roaming in one of the wards with a stethoscope and an overcoat.

At least two people were killed as Kolkata woke up to an inundated city on Tuesday morning after heavy overnight rainfall flooded streets, railway tracks, and Metro tracks.
