CHANDIGARH, Dec 13: The body of a 55-year-old man was found in Sector 29 here this morning. According to police sources, the deceased, Surinder Nath apparently died due to excess drinking. His body was found around 10 a.m. in the bushes near the Tribune roundabout. The deceased had come from Himachal Pradesh a few days ago to see his brother, who runs a shop in Sector 30 here. The body has been sent for post mortem to the Sector 16 General Hospital.
Quoting the relatives of the deceased, police sources added that he left his brother8217;s place last evening, saying that he was going to meet a friend.
