In another encounter in B division, Young Cricketers triumphed over Maya Puri by five wickets at Kotla 2. Jatin Khanna, Sanjay Nagar and Sawan Bhardwaj were the main wicket-takers for the winners while Zaheer Ahmed and Rakeshwar took two wickets each giving 36 and 48 runs, respectively for the losers.

In the same division game at Yamuna sports complex, Essex Farm crushed Bank of India by 120 runs. Tanuj Sud and Ashwani Chaudhary were the principal contributors for Essex while Tirath Ram scored unbeaten 27 for Bank of India.

Fine knocks by Ashok Malhotra 50 and an unbeaten 32 by Vikram helped United India prvail over KG Gymkhana by five wickets in an A-II division at University ground while in a C division Chandni Chowk Gymkhana outplayed Ministry of Health by 18 runs.
