CHANDIGARH, March 28: The city police have arrested three persons under the Excise Act and recovered 20 boxes of whiske. Those arrested include Charanjit Singh, Gurpal Singh and Tarlok Singh. The police also arrested Badheri resident Kashmira Singh from Sector 41 and recovered 12 bottles. Eight bottles of whiskey were recovered from Dadumajra resident Kajinder Singh who was held near Dhanas.
