During the National Security Advisor8217;s briefing on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir to the Cabinet, Lalu Prasad Yadav did not hide his displeasure at Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil8217;s perceived month-long inaction as the state went up in flames and once again asked how the Government allowed Governor S K Sinha to continue while accusing him now of precipitating the situation. Patil shied away from making eye contact with his Cabinet colleagues, but Prime Minister Manmohan Singh also kept mum.
