CALCUTTA, FEB 12: Grandmaster Dibyendu Barua (India) surrendered meekly to World champion Garry Kasparov in the inaugural Club Kasparov Grand Prix Online Chess Tournament on Saturday.Barua, playing black, resigned in the 74th move to the Russian, who was playing on the Internet from Moscow while Indian GM was playing from the Tata Centre Auditorium here.Every match will be based on best of two games, with each getting an hour. Fifteen participants from five continents, including World's top 10 and a chess computer, Deep Junior, will be playing in tournament played on a knock out basis.Barua is the only Indian player in fray. The other Asian is Ututadianto of Indonesia.
