BANGALORE, July 13: The load shedding resorted by the Karnataka Electricity Board KEB in the State will continue to be in force till August as the Government on Monday deferred taking a decision on lifting it pending a review of the power availability situation in September first week.

Energy Minister Sharanabasappa Darshanapur said that though the Linganamakki reservoir was getting considerable inflow, the inflow into other hydel reservoirs was not encouraging with the result it was decided to continue the prevailing load shedding till August end.
