SRINAGAR, JANUARY 16: Militants blasted a transmission tower in Badgam district early Sunday virtually plunging the entire Valley into darkness.
Militants blew up the tower with an Improvised Explosive Device at Kuipora Khah near Wagoora receiving station damaging the Uri-Wagoora transmission line, a spokesman said.
