The contract system for annual graded payment to 17 Indian cricketers will be implemented from October 1, BCCI chief Jagmohan Dalmiya said on Sunday.
THE PAY PACKET
GRADE A: 50 LAKH
Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, VVS Laxman, Virendra Sehwag and Harbhajan Singh
GRADE B: 35 LAKH
Zaheer Khan, Ajit Agarkar, Yuvraj Singh, Mohammad Kaif, Irfan Pathan, Ashish Nehra and Laxmipathy Balaji.
GRADE C: 20 LAKH
Parthiv Patel (wk), Aakash Chopra and Murali Kartik

PLUS MATCH FEE
PLAYING AT HOME
• Per Test: 2 lakh
• Per One-day: 1.60 lakh
PLAYING ABROAD
• Per Test: 2.40 lakh
• Per One-day:1.85 lakh
