IPCL edge past Voltas

MUMBAI, Nov 20: IPCL, Nagothane scored a narrow win 3-2 over Voltas SC in the Bombay Hockey Association League, sponsored by Punjab National Bank, played at the Khalsa Ground.

IPCL scored in the first minute of the match through Anthres Kerketta. He added another in the 10th minute. R Lacroix reduced the margin for Voltas. K Fernandes drew the parity for Voltas in the 34th minute. But in the dying minutes, CR Suthar scored to take IPCL home with a victory.
