Investors may file PIL against Marigold

CHANDIGARH, April 20: Hundreds of investors under the banner of Investors Association Marigold Group of Companies assembled at their office in Manimajra with an objective to arrange refund of their deposits with the company.

The agitated investors pointed out that for want of funds by the company some of their urgent needs such as meeting emergency medical expenses, deposit of admission fee for higher education of their children, day to day needs of the widows and completion of their incomplete houses were not being met. The general secretary of the association, J S Kohli, has in a release stated that if need be they will file a public interest litigation in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
