NEW DELHI, OCT 17: Heikem Ingoba Meetei tasted first major success in his fledgling distance-running career and South Asian women8217;s champion Ringzen Angmo landed her third title in five years to claim the honours in the 17th Rath Indian Open Marathon here today.

The 20-year-old clocked 2 hours 26 minutes and 14 seconds. Ringzen Angmo returned in clocked 2:50.7 seconds in women8217;s.
