On a question regarding the difficulties faced by tribals in Naxal-affected areas, Antony said steps had been taken to solve their problems and the issue was discussed at the meeting of Chief Ministers convened by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh recently.
Replying to a question, he said there was no Maoist threat in Kerala.
Stringent measures would be taken to punish those involved in corrupt activities in the defence force, Antony said.
