ISLAMABAD, JANUARY 7: Former Test captain and chief of Tehrik-i-Insaf party Imran Khan was voted as the sportsman of the country by the Pakistan Television on the basis of the public opinion sought from the people through e-mail, fax, telephones and mail.
Imran Khan received 211624 votes while former Test captain Javed Miandad placed second with 143292 votes. Former world squash champion Jehangir Khan was placed third.
