The Congress, apprehending elections with the Left playing spoilers on the nuclear deal, had tied up with a well-known advertising agency to “market” itself starting October. But the Left and the Government blowing hot and cold confused the Congress as well as the Press Information Bureau that was to have co-launched the ambitious ad campaign. The blitzkrieg, it is learnt, has been pushed back by another month now and will not kick off before mid-November, when Parliament is likely to meet and maybe give a fresh lease of life to the buzz on mid-term elections.
