
Tell us about your daily diet.
In the morning, I go for healthy carbohydrates like fruits, eggs, whole-wheat sandwich and milk as it keeps me going all day. I prefer a lunch of chapatti, rice, sabzi, dal loaded with green vegetables. At night, I opt for a light meal of soups, salads and fruits.
What8217;s your exercise routine?
I am a complete fitness freak. To keep myself fit I go gymming 5 times a week. I also go swimming every alternate day for an hour.
What8217;s your favourite food?
I love American chicken chopsuey, salads and whole grain products.
Is there anything you binge on?
Orange juice. I can drink two litres every day. I also love chocolates.
What do you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Make sure that if I have overeaten, I burn those extra calories the next day. Exercise and calorie intake should be in balance.How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Lots of times. I try to balance it by eating moderate amounts the next time.
What is your idea of health?
Good health is all about a positive mind and soul. So I get up early in the morning thinking this is the day to look forward to.
