Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a few dates and warm water. Breakfast is either omelettes and toast or idli and dosa. I drink a glass of juice or milk. Lunch is rice, curd, two rotis, sabzi and any curry. I prefer non-vegetarian food. Dinner is always light. I avoid bread and stick to low-carb and non-oily food.

What8217;s your exercise routine?
I do cardio thrice a week. I also do a bit of weight training. I concentrate more on my lower body as it is a problem area.

Is there anything you binge on?
I love chocolates and I binge on them. I also love banana chips and wafers. Luckily, I have a high metabolism so I don8217;t have to worry about putting on the kilos.

What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Mughlai and Chinese

What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
There8217;s no way one can lose weight in a hurry. I don8217;t believe in fad diets.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Every time I8217;ve tried to go on a very strict diet.

What is your idea of health?
A healthy mind. If you have that, you will have a healthy body and a glowing skin.
