What are your weaknesses?I can have loads and loads of diet coke and popcornHow often do you work out?I work out every day, mostly in the mornings, for about 90 minutes. I do a mix of cardio and weights and always play music when exercising. It’s the best stress-buster for me.Is there any other form of exercise you do?I am also into spin-cycling and yoga. I ensure that I attend at least two sessions of spin-cycling, weights and yoga a week. I used to be a regular swimmer but since I came to Mumbai, I haven’t found a conveniently located good pool.Tell us something about your dietI prefer a high-protein diet with no carbs after sunset. I like to stock up my fridge, but eat only a little of what I buy. The rest is taken care of by my friends.What are your weaknesses?I can have loads and loads of popcorn and diet coke.
