What are your weaknesses?

I can have loads and loads of diet coke and popcorn

How often do you work out?

I work out every day, mostly in the mornings, for about 90 minutes. I do a mix of cardio and weights and always play music when exercising. It8217;s the best stress-buster for me.

Is there any other form of exercise you do?

I am also into spin-cycling and yoga. I ensure that I attend at least two sessions of spin-cycling, weights and yoga a week. I used to be a regular swimmer but since I came to Mumbai, I haven8217;t found a conveniently located good pool.

Tell us something about your diet

I prefer a high-protein diet with no carbs after sunset. I like to stock up my fridge, but eat only a little of what I buy. The rest is taken care of by my friends.

What are your weaknesses?

I can have loads and loads of popcorn and diet coke. I love them so much that the only way to get me off them is by sending me to rehab.

What do you count as your asset? Also, what8217;s the one thing that you8217;d like to change about your body?

I love my shoulders. And I wish I had better metabolism.
