How often and for how long do you exercise?
I8217;ve only been exercising for the past year, but now I8217;ve fallen into a routine wherein I exercise five times a week. I do a combination of cardio and weights for 45 minutes to an hour.

Are you into any alternate forms of exercise?
I do spinning twice a week, which is cycling at top speed on a stationary bike.

Do you diet?
I don8217;t believe in depriving myself, so I don8217;t care much for dieting. But of course I do diet once in a while, when I need to tone up in a short time. A high-protein diet, if done in moderation, works well.

Which is your healthiest meal?
It8217;s got to be lunch. I am vegetarian, so I have the standard dal, vegetables, roti, rice and curd. Also, I prefer to wrap up dinner by 7.30 pm and stay away from fried food, white bread and white sugar.

What do you crave most often?
I have a sweet tooth, and I indulge it once a day. I tend not to binge, but when I feel like I8217;ve overdone it, I work out a little extra the next day.

What8217;s your favourite body part? And what would you like to change about yourself?
My legs. I would have liked to have been a little taller.

What is the one thing you use for an instant boost?
Black coffee perks me up like nothing else.
