Tell us about your food habits.
I only have two meals a day and eat Chinese, Continental or Indian food. I8217;m not much of a foodie, but I love spicy food and occasionally get a craving for ice creams and cakes. But there are two things I stay away from: health foods and fried, oily stuff.

You have an unconventional schedule. How do you manage?
On most weekdays I have a regular schedule8212;go to the studio and sleep early. Every Friday and Saturday I8217;m playing at shows or clubs, so I sleep by about 4 am or 5 am. I8217;m quite used to the schedule by now; the trick is to rest during the day on weekends and take a power nap at about 8 pm, before a show.

Do you work out?
No, I haven8217;t exercised for a year. Sometimes I jump on the treadmill and run for about half an hour, but I never touch weights. My weight fluctuates between 75 kg and 79 kg, which is perfect for my height. People keep telling me I8217;ve lost weight, and I can8217;t figure out if that8217;s good or bad.
