Diet: I DRINK a litre of water as soon as I wake up. Breakfast is usually baked beans on toast, cereal or chicken sausages. If I8217;m home for lunch, I eat chapatis, sabzi, yoghurt and rice. If I8217;m out then it8217;ll be something unhealthy like pizzas, or butter chicken and naan. I8217;m not fussy about food8212;I eat absolutely everything. My cook makes the best aloo parathas, which I have with chicken pickle. I also love Italian food, chocolates and ice cream. The only thing I can8217;t eat is spicy food.

Exercise: I DON8217;T workout at all. I hate gyms and dislike the idea of working out in an air-conditioned room. I try to walk as much as I can, which keeps me quite fit. Also, shopping8217;s great exercise.

Problem areas: LAST year, I suddenly put on a bit of weight around my tummy. But, I realised that the more I worried about it, the worse it got, so I stopped obsessing over it and the bulge disappeared.
