I8217;m amazed by the strong positive feedback. It was a small and complex role, but people sympathised with my character. People I8217;ve never met from the film industry called me to say it was a good performance.

I8217;m amazed by the strong positive feedback. It was a small and complex role, but people sympathised with my character. People I8217;ve never met from the film industry called me to say it was a good performance.
DIET: I start my day with some fruit juice, sprouted moong, fruits and coffee. I have no fixed diet, but I love fruits and salads so I eat them with most meals. Lunch and dinner are quite similar and mostly include rice, dal, fish, vegetables and salads. I snack on fruits between meals, but avoid them at night. I love freshly baked bread8212;especially crusty and sourdough bread. I don8217;t have a taste for sweet things, but salty and sour foods are my weakness. Green apples and raw mangoes with salt make my mouth water.
EXERCISE: I weight-train and do cardio exercises thrice a week and I8217;ve been practicing yoga since I was in school. In the beginning I found exercising with weights a bit boring, but I don8217;t mind it now. And both are great for toning the body and for dealing with stress.
PROBLEM AREAS: My back is slightly damaged because I8217;m a bit accident prone. So I have to be careful about it. But yoga helps a lot.
