
Did the long break between Kkusum and Kaalchakra hurt your career?
I had planned to take a break for just a few months, but because of unforeseen circumstances, it stretched to almost a year. Fortunately, the public8217;s memory is not so short-term. Till today, people see me as the old Kkusum.
Diet: I avoid flour because it8217;s very fattening. Even at restaurants, I always order wheat rotis. I8217;m a fishitarian, but only eat it grilled because that8217;s lighter. Breakfast is cornflakes and toned milk. Lunch is heavy, and yoghurt is a must. Dinner is usually a light soup.
Exercise: I was involved in a car accident a while back, and gained a lot of weight because of the antibiotics. Now I do 45 minutes of cardio, followed by 45 minutes of freehand exercises. My routine is mostly light weights for toning.
Problem areas: I have a water retention problem, so my face is sometimes lean and toned, at other times, puffy. So I avoid rice because it goes straight to my cheeks.
