Diet: I have no fixed diet. I eat everything and thanks to my high metabolic rate, I can get away with it. Breakfast is usually coffee with toast and an omelette. Lunch is a simple meal of vegetables, rice, dal and rotis. I have a snack every evening as I tend to get quite hungry then. I eat banana chips, which I love and chaklis. I usually go out for dinner8212;McDonald8217;s burgers are an eternal favourite.

Exercise: The band has rehearsals two to three hours every day, so that8217;s a great cardio exercise8212;and all the dancing and singing makes it a lot of fun. Besides this I don8217;t exercise regularly8212;only when the mood strikes. I mainly work on my abs and side and sometimes my back and limbs. But exercising in a gym is exceedingly monotonous8212;I definitely prefer our rehearsals.

Problem areas: I tend to put on weight around my waistline, so I have to be careful about that. And if I go overboard on ab crunches then my lower back is affected, so I have to limit myself.
