Tell us about your daily diet.

I8217;m not very fussy about food and I don8217;t take planned meals. In fact, I have erratic food timings. Luckily I have an aversion towards fried food like french fries etc. I8217;m a soups and salads person. I also eat a lot of fruit and I drink a lot of water and juice. I8217;m not that fond of alcohol, just an occasional glass of wine.

What is your exercise routine?

I wish I had more time to work out. I like yoga and meditation. When I get the time I like to go for a quick jog. I8217;m also planning to join a gym soon.

What8217;s your favourite cuisine?

I like Chinese, Thai and Continental food.

Is there anything you binge on?

I love cakes so sometimes I binge on those.
