MUMBAI, April 21: Over 3 lakh hawkers will take out a morcha to Raj Bhavan later this week to protest the hike in the daily license fee by the BMC and police harrasment. Said the Bombay Hawkers Union’s Suresh Kapile, while the BMC has hiked the daily license fee from Rs 70 to Rs 110, to be recovered from hawkers selling eatables.
