APRIL 8: Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL) will take on Indian Air Force (IAF), Delhi in the opening match of the Second Division National Football League at Cooperage on April 12, according to a press brief released by Western Indian Football Association.

Mumbai league champion Bengal Mumbai Football Club, Vasco (Goa), Railsima Tigers (Hyderabad) will be the other teams participating.
