GANDHINAGAR, DECEMBER 24: The Gujarat Government has initiated a move to hand over wastelands under the Revenue Department8217;s possession to the Forest Department to undertake a massive afforestation programme in different parts of the State, mainly in Saurashtra and Kutch.
