Court lifts ban

BUENOS AIRES: A month-long Argentine soccer strike has ended after a court lifted a ban on lower division matches hours after violent clashes between fans at a friendly match.

First division players went on strike in sympathy with their third and second division peers at the beginning of February after a court ordered the suspension because of hooliganism.
