Gail sale document filed with RoC; roadshow in Mumbai tomorrow

A roadshow for the public offer of 10 per cent government equity in Gail would be flagged off on February 20 in Mumbai and thereafter move across key destinations like New York, Singapore and London. The sale documents were filed with Registrar of Companies (RoC) on Tuesday and the roadshows have been scheduled to begin on Friday. The domestic leg of the roadshow, which is scheduled to open for bids on February 27, would be held in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Chennai. “The roadshows would be held in Singapore and New York on February 23 and 24, and in Boston on February 25. It would be held simultaneously in Hong Kong, Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles on February 26 and February 27,” sources said. A roadshow would be held on March 1 in London and San Francisco and on March 3 in Edinburough.
