City-based Foundation of Liberal and Management Education (Flame) along with Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RGCIE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with London’s Imperial College for developing joint research in communication and management for teaching and academic staff development.

“The MoU also includes faculty and student exchange initiatives to ensure that research based practice is shared between both institutions,” said Indira Parikh, president of Flame. He added that the exposure and opportunities of multicultural dialogue generated through this partnership would prove mutually beneficial.

Chairman of Flame Parag Shah referred to the current market trends and said that models of business are under enormous stress and demand entrepreneurship of a different kind that is based on strong value systems, long term vision and risk management skills. The Imperial College and Flame will uniquely contribute to the emerging models of entrepreneurship.
