CHANDIGARH, Feb 18: East Zone and South Zone emerged winner and runner-up in the progressive event in the All India Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factory bridge tournament which concluded at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Sector 29 here today.East Zone also got first spot in the pair event. Ordnance Factory Board, Calcutta, were second.
