Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd DHFC, the second largest housing finance company in the private sector, has appointed Aptech Ltd, the global technology company as their IT solution provider, to implement plans of connecting all their 30 branches spread across the length and breadth of the country, and thus reducing the customer response time effectively. This will be implemented by the software solution division of the Aptech Software and Consulting Group.
Announcing this IT initiative of DHFC, Kapil Wadhawan, executive director said quot;we have selected Aptech for their proven track record of successful completion of projects which have involved an integration of diverse skill which is Aptech8217;s core competence. The perceived benefits of this solution would be online, easy and fast access for the customers to know their loan application status, speedy processing and approval of the loans.
