NEW DELHI: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has extended technical approval to Air India for carrying out maintenance works for its aircraft and those of others as well.

The DGCA extension is for three months until March 31. By then, Air India and the erstwhile Indian would have merged their separate manuals for their maintenance organisations.
