
NEW DELHI, March 21: The 17th women’s and seventh men’s black belt National championship would be held at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi from April 23 to 25, according to Taekwondo Federation of India.
The federation would also be conducting the black belt dan promotion test on April 5 and a national referee seminar from April 6 to 9 in Bangalore, according to the federation press release.
Since the World Taekwondo Federation competition rules had been amended, it was compulsory for the qualified national referees to attend the seminar, the release said.

All-round display by Sanjay Verma helped Delhi Police defeat Young Paragon Club by five wickets.

YV Tyagi to lead
Darling Cricket Club lead by YV Tyagi will tour Bangkok to participate in the 15th RBSC six’s tournament. Ranji Trophy umpire Anil Chaudhary will accompany the team as an umpire. The team will leave for Bangkok on March 23.
