Torchlight processionRiot police descended on the premises of Maulana Azad Medical College on Friday evening to thwart a torchlight procession planned by the interns and student members of the Delhi Medical Students Union (DEMSU).According to the DEMSU executive member Gagan Gautam, the police let the protesting members take out the procession only after the members threatened to court arrest.
