Kalindi exams on May 14
The BA Hons English Stream A, BSc general Chemistry VII and Electronics V examinations that could not be held at the Kalindi College centre on April 14 will now be held on May 14 at the same venue. Other instructions for the students remain the same.

Dharna for negative voting
Members of the Forum of Voters is to hold a dharna at Rajghat on May 10, to highlight the need to give voters the option of negative voting or voting against a particular candidate.

Announcement for DU results
Delhi University has announced the results of the following examinations: Diploma courses in Japanese, certificate course in Chinese, diploma courses in Chinese, certificate in Hindi and advanced diploma in Hindi. The results will be available at the colleges from Friday afternoon.

TV serial on consumer rights
A 12-part series will be telecast on Doordarshan, for the first time in the country, to create awareness among people about their consumer rights. Jointly sponsored by the department of consumer affairs and Doordarshan.

The series Grahak Dost, directed by Yogesh Saigal, is intended to help spread a consumer movement in the country, particularly in rural areas. Grahak Dost, anchored by Saigal in Hindi, will also be telecast in other languages subsequently.
