CHANDIGARH, Nov 12: The Chandigarh Administration has decided to grant dearness allowance to those employees of the Administration and Punjab government working in UT with effect from July 1, 1997 and January 1, 1998 whose pay-scales have not been revised and who opted to retain the existing unrevised Punjab scales.
