SATARA, Nov 23: Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh has announced that the death anniversary of former Deputy Prime Minister Y B Chavan, falling on November 25, will be observed by the State Government every year as 8220;cultural day.8221; The chief minister made this announcement while replying to a civic reception accorded to him in Karad, recently. He was felicitated by Sushilkumar Shinde, MP, in the presence of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee chief Prataprao Bhosale.
