“Once they are arrested, the CBI will file the chargesheet in the middle of February.”

Wrapping up its probe in the case, the CBI claimed yesterday it has corroborative evidence to establish that the 36-year-old nurse was murdered and burnt allegedly at the behest of a political leader.

Highly-placed sources in the agency said the auxiliary nurse had been strangulated and later burnt. Her ashes along with belongings were dumped in the nearby Rajiv Gandhi canal.
