A Special court will deliver its order tomorrow on the bail plea of incarcerated Mumbai police commissioner R.S. Sharma arrested under MCOCA in the fake stamp paper racket.

In the earlier hearings, prosecutor Raja Thakre opposed Sharma’s bail plea on the grounds that there was enough evidence against him that he had aided and abetted the syndicate of Telgi.
