Congress mass contact programme from tomorrow

Senior leaders of the Punjab Congress, including Capt Amarinder Singh, Rajinder Kaur Bhattal and Mohinder Singh Kaypee, are expected to jointly begin the party’s mass contact programme on November 22 from Amritsar. Ashwani Sekhri, convener of the campaign committee, will also accompany them, said PPCC General Secretary Raj Pal Singh. The programme will be held in Hoshiarpur on December 1 and in Mohali the next day. The programme will also be held in Sangrur, Bathinda, Moga, Muktsar and Faridkot. Raj Pal Singh said district presidents have been directed to request MPs and MLAs, both former and sitting, to join the programme.
