CHENNAI, January 19: The International Airport at Chennai is to be decongested by shifting some flights to the domestic terminal. Clearance for the plan from the Union Home Ministry is awaited. Chennai Airport Director Sudhir Kumar said the airport had registered a 5 increase in international airport during 1997-98.
